Lukas joined GLG Consulting following a successful consulting career in Switzerland where he helped found a successful ICT consulting firm alongside several partners. He holds has an extensive understanding of IT service management, IT project management, IT outsourcing, business process improvement and strategic planning.

 

Since joining GLG Consulting Lukas has played leading roles in a full review of the Fleet Services Branch of the City of Gold Coast and a technology modernisation strategy for the $220 million portfolio of IT & Communications assets held by the Public Safety Business Agency.

Recent Projects
  • ICT Asset Lifecycle Management for the Public Safety Business Agency, including a roadmap analysis on data centre assets
  • Reviewed and analysed IT Systems and Processes for the City of Gold Coast Fleet Services
  • Defined of 80 new Service Level Agreements (SLA) and 20 new IT and business processes in a new managed outsourcing service
  • Project Manager for Internet Explorer upgrade for 16,000 clients worldwide
